Monday 18th to Wednesday 20th November: Course construction completed with restrictions on access to parts of the course during this time.
Thursday 21st November: Official Division 1 practice day (course open from 7am).
Informal pre-event dinner and player meeting (available online as well). Details to follow.
Friday 22nd November: Division 1 – First Day of Play (division-based cards where possible)
Saturday 23rd November: Division 1 – Second Day of Play (Division and score-based cards).
Official players’ dinner held locally – venue and details to be confirmed
Sunday 24th November: Division 1 – Final Day of Play (Division and score-based cards)
(Note: playoffs for first place in each division will commence immediately after the completion of the round and will play holes 1,15, 16, 17, 18 on rotation until a winner is decided).
Monday 25th November: Division 1 course pull-down and pack-up commencing from 11am with Division 2 course construction commencing – course not available for play during the day.
Tuesday 26th November: Construction of Division 2 course (24-hole layout) with limited access to the course. “Day out in Dubbo”, one-day disc golf event being held at the Sandy Beach Course in Dubbo. Registration via Discgolf Metrix.
Wednesday 27th November: Australian Disc Golf Doubles Championships on the 24-hole Division 2 layout
Thursday 28th November: Division 2 Official Practice Day (Course open from 7am).

Saturday 30th November: Division 2 – Second Day of Play (Division and score-based cards where possible)

Sunday 1st December: Division 2 – Final Day of Play (Division and score-based cards).
